- You receive an automatic update through your client portal whenever a scheduled inspection begins.
2. Regular Maintenance & Visual Inspections
Our technicians visit your villa twice a month to carry out thorough checks:
- Fences & Security: Checking boundary fences, gates, outdoor lighting, and cameras.
- Roof & Gutters: Inspecting roof tiles, chimneys, and clearing gutters before heavy rain or snow.

3. Winter Protection (Anti-Freeze Care)
Balkan winters can bring heavy snow and freezing temperatures below -15°C. To protect your investment, our team completes a full winter preparation every autumn:
- Draining outdoor garden pipes and taps using compressed air to prevent freezing and bursting.
- Adding safe anti-freeze fluid to your heating pipes and underfloor systems.
- Insulating main water meters and valves against cold drafts.
